At Oh Nora, I genuinely care about each and every customer - your experience matters, and I want you to feel happy with your order (and hopefully laugh along the way). But if something’s gone wrong, I take it seriously and will always do my best to put it right.

How to Make a Complaint

If you’re unhappy with your order or service, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number (if applicable)

  • A description of the issue

  • Any relevant photos, if possible.​

What Happens Next

  • I aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days.

  • I’ll review your message carefully and respond fully within 5 working days.

  • If further investigation is needed (e.g. checking with couriers), I’ll keep you updated throughout this process.

Resolutions

Depending on the issue, I may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund or partial refund

  • A personalised solution that works for you

Please note: All items are printed in small batches, so slight variations can occur - but I’ll always try to make things right if something’s genuinely not met your expectations.
